I've been training at this facility for over a year, just two days per week, and I am amazed that I am much stronger and in better physical shape than I was 10 yrs ago!!! The personal trainers are very knowledgeable and motivating and work collaboratively with their clients to develop a safe, effective and challenging exercise program that yields great results!  I love that the trainers know all of their clients by name and they welcome you to the studio like family.  I am so happy and proud to be part of this amazing fitness studio; the encouragement, support,  and positive energy makes my day every time!  Thank you, Miss Morgan, you're one fierce and fabulous ray of sunshine!! 😘

These girls are amazing! This is a safe, professional, and positive environment. Marisa does a great job of planning sessions that are challenging but also make you feel great. Everyone I have worked with here really knows what they are doing and it shows! I feel so much better since I've been going to Body By Design. Its a great place to go if you're looking to feel great and confident about yourself again!

Body by Design is not your typical fitness studio. Erin and her fabulous trainers have created a supportive and caring environment at Body by Design. They do not use a "cookie cutter " approach to fitness. They respect their clients' difference, their personal struggles and their uniqueness. Whether they are training a fitness competitor, an elite athlete, someone recovering from major surgery or a grandma  who wants to keep up with a toddler, Erin and her team of trainers are focused and committed to positive outcomes. They care about you and your health. They know when to kick your butt but they always have your back.

I would love to Thank body by design for helping me lose my first 25 lbs.  I know I have a long way to go, but I am so grateful to the trainers here for an exceptional, professional experience!  The facility is clean and you get everything you need!  I also must add that my confidence level has also improved tremendously from where it was 1.5 years ago!  So once again, thanks ladies for making me feel good inside and out❤️

I love working out here!  The team is supportive and fun, and they push you to work hard- EVERY time.  I feel stronger and healthier as a result.  They adapt workouts for your personal needs, check in with you the next day, and remind you of your next session.  I wouldn't set my alarm to workout early if it wasn't worth it- and it is!!  Highly recommend.
