Our boutique Muskoka studio creates space for possibility and transformation. We offer land & SUP (Yoga & Lessons) Life changing Retreats and Adventures.

Story

An award winning studio in Muskoka. Winner of the 2013 Business of the Year 1-14 employees through the Muskoka Awards.

Muskoka Yoga Studio offers an extensive land & SUPYoga schedule updated regularly on our website. We are open all year long for our Yoga community.

Studio classes offered: Gentle Flow, Power Flow, Rest & Relaxation, Yoga Therapy, Candlelight and Karma classes, we also specialize in the Yoga Warriors program for First Responders, Medical & Military Professionals. The program is designed specifically to reduce stress and encourage relaxation in participants who work in or have worked in high stress work environments.

Our Floating Studio offers SUPYoga (Stand Up Paddleboard) & SUP Skills (learn to SUP) one on one and regular classes are available. We love corporate team building events, bachelorettes & private events. Our floating studio is up and running from May to September/ early Oct weather dependent. We will be on various Lakes throughout Muskoka and are fully equipped to travelling to your location.

We are the only Studio to offer SUPYoga Certification in Ontario to other teachers, we are a leader in our industry.

** NOTE: All of our instructors are Yoga Alliance Registered Yoga Teachers as well as SUPYoga Certified teachers.

Tara is certified RYT 200hr, SUPYoga Certified, Yoga Warriors Certified, Personal Trainer, Aqua Fitness & Aqua Yoga Certified, Spin Certified. She is also a Certified Raw Chef.
