The Gilded Lily

Placed an order early Saturday (10:30-11am) for same day delivery. Received confirmation email. 3:30p I received an email for a refund. They were out of stock of the flowers I ordered. Rather than call or ask if I could change flowers, they cancelled my order, didn't notify me until 4 hours later and it was too late to resend or call a different florist. I immediately called, left my information on answering machine and have since received any call back from them. Very disappointed since they seemed to have such great reviews. Should not advertise products or offer services they are not capable or equipped to fulfill.

Ok so I called and spoke to a person On the phone directly and asked for a baby boy flower arraignment. The person assured me that it would be appropriate for a baby boy as "we've done this a million times." Needless to say when I saw my flowers NOTHING about them said baby boy or baby for that matter. Not a babyish container or a welcome baby pic or even a blue bow !! My flowers were good quality but were purple and white lilies. Fine for a funeral not a new baby. Disappointing as I called and left a message and let them know and have not heard back from them.

My regular Westchester florist recommended The Gilded Lily to me. The fresh flowers were for a 92yo birthday 🎉 surprise. She LOVED them, and several days later when I saw them I knew why. Very Nice Job Thank you

This place was open on a Sunday when no other store was. They had white roses that I was looking for all day. The person there was very helpful. Amazing experience.
