Dennis the owner was extreamly rude to me when I questioned him charging my card $15 more than what I was told when I made the actual booking .. He shouted down the phone and had me in tears I cannot believe how he spoke to me. He told me never to go to the florist ever again and to keep my family away!, which really hurt as my sister had just buried her husband and had used their florist. I felt that he was totally disrespectful. I don't think in all my life I have ever been spoken to and shouted at in such an appalling way. Please believe this is totally true. Dennis accused me of being rude to one of his staff which I truly was not. How dare somebody take money from my account without authorization. If one of the flowers that I had chosen were a crazy price they should have had the courtesy to call me as she did not know the price of them when I originally made the order. Then to put 6 of them in my arrangement at $10 each may I say!!! in a vase with a couple of roses and greenery for an order that was meant to be $75! To me common sense would have suggested to call me back and discuss it! I will never use this florest again and do my best to make sure all my family and friends in Chicopee and surrounding areas do not use this florest either.

I used them last November for my moms funeral and for me not to see them before I purchased them to my delight the arrangements were Beautiful, so when my sister passed this week it was without a doubt I would use them, they are very emphatic, not pushy, and very suggestive, and VERY affordable, will use for all occasions and I DEFINITELY recommend.

I used Mc Clelland's as my florist for my August 27th wedding! When I first met with Dennis I was a little skeptical because he didn't show us an example of how he would make my centerpieces or bouquets. I just gave him the colors of my wedding and gave him an idea of what I liked and left the rest up to him. I was nervous because I wouldn't know what to expect or what they would look like until the day of the wedding, and needless to say they exceeded my expectations! These flowers were amazing and I'm so glad that I let Dennis just take the reigns because he did an amazing job and the center pieces and bouquets were gorgeous!
