A Cut Above Florist

Amazing flowers and customer service! Michelle made a superb gravestone flower bouquet for my late father (2 large displays for each side of headstone, absolutely gorgeous for $100). Michelle was simply wonderful to work with and even performed emergency repair when my flowers tipped in the car from a guy who decided to turn at the last second on my way home. I couldn't thank her enough! The repair looked as fantastic as the original, if not better...I left a generous tip, she absolutely deserved it!

I appreciate the promptness of delivery. Thank you. But, what my friend received was not what was pictured when I purchased the arrangement. In the picture on your website, it showed an lavender orchid in a blue and white antique looking ceramic pot with green plants. My friend sent me a photo. What she got was a basket with a small pinkish flower like a violet and a prayer plant. I feel like I did not get what I ordered. Plus, it looked like a spikey bunch of greens with a value a lot less than what I paid for, like $30.00 not $64! I am not happy. I did not tell my friend that was not what I ordered. I feel cheated and that your company used false advertising.

My husband and I ordered flowers for a funeral on July 31st and picked up the spray a few hours later. The funeral was in another part of the state, but we preferred to buy from a local florist and take the flowers with us. The spray from A Cut Above Florist was gorgeous. We were especially pleased.

Great flowers and was curious on delivery time, so I emailed them and Michelle emailed me back within 10/15 minutes with a time! Great service!
