We have had two coffee machines and two filtered water coolers through Freshly Roasted Coffee Co since November 2015.  Their service has been absolutely incredible.  We could not ask for more.  

Very quick response to the very few problems we've had, random check-ins to see how everything is going/clean the machines,  and easy to order supplies with next day delivery.  

We really appreciate their great communication with us and that they're willing to provide wonderful service to us, being that we are in Chilliwack - far from their typical service hub.  

After working with a couple different companies/machines, we are so very happy to have found Freshly Roasted Coffee Co.  
And everyone LOVES the on-demand fresh coffee with lots of options :)
