The Flying Locksmiths

Very happy with the work done today, had 5 locks keyed alike and a thicker strike plate installed. The tech, Aaron, was meticulous in removing and reinstalling all hardware. Everything is back in place, working great, and perfectly aligned with no scratches or stripped screws (thank you for taking the time to do it right!)

I contacted The Flying Locksmiths recently regarding a commercial retail building that I needed to have re-keyed due to a tenant move-out. It would seem easy enough, but the lock system the tenant had in place was not the easiest system that any locksmith could do with ease. However, The Flying Locksmiths did exactly that-everything was easy for them, and they had amazing customer service! They went beyond what was expected. No doubt, all future locksmith needs, whether they are commercial or residential, will be directed towards The Flying Locksmiths-you should call them too!

When we were locked out of our new home due to the doors being installed with commercial-grade storage locks, I called The Flying Locksmiths out of desperation because we had nowhere else to go. We also needed to change the locks on our new home, so it was a win-win in many ways. They came out within 30 minutes of my call, got us in, and came back the next day with the new locks I wanted, all while charging us for only one service call fee. They were more affordable than a lockout service I have used before, and their Schlage residential locks were very reasonably priced. Their technician Nate was especially courteous and prompt in helping us get setup safely in our new home.

I needed help with installing automated door locks for my loft. Both doors are commercial grade and most locksmiths weren’t willing to discuss it, as the industry seems to be dominated by old school/low tech. Night and day difference once I connected with Eric and his team. More than a dozen meticulously-bulleted emails laying out my options, prompt answers to all my overly-granular questions, an ability to weigh in on the highly technical aspects of the project, a final install that met functionality/cost targets perfectly, and excellent support afterward. I’m now the proud owner of fully automatic door locks which I’ve networked into my home automation system, allowing for presence sensing, key fob activation, and temporary access control. I can even unlock either door from anywhere in the world via cell phone. Geek heaven - thanks guys!

I had a wonderful experience dealing with these guys today. They went out of their way to explain what was best for my house and also gave me some very useful tips on increasing the security around my house. They were very reasonably priced and was very easy to deal with. I am very impressed by the service offered by them.
