Go somewhere else! A day and a half late delivering birthday flowers to my 91 year old grandfather at the veteran's hospital. They wouldnt pick up the phone, or answer an email or explain in any way why it was late, or if they had delivered it at all. The lowest tier in customer service and basic business. Your money is better spent at a professional florist.

Mother's day disaster!! - DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS SHOP- OWNER IS A LIAR! - All the pictures of their website are fake! I ordered a 80$+ of pink azealea beautiful flowers for mothers day that was supposed to be delivered before 5pm. I called the store owner early in the morning to make sure my online order was received and that it would be delivered exactly as pictured with the nice ceramic vase in the . She reassured me it would. My mother waited at home all day for these flowers that arrived at nearly 7. She even missed her dinner reservations that was set up from family for mothers day. Which defeated the whole purpose... When she got them, she sent me a picture of what was delivered and it WAS NOT AT ALL WHAT I ORDERED. The beautiful ceramic pot was replaced by some cheap ugly looking one and the flowers, well there wasn't any flowers at all! It was a dead looking plant. I spoke to the owner multiple times throughout the day and she was beyond rude and careless. She admitted that the pictures on her website are really old!! She hung up on me after I found out what was delivered to my mother. She screamed and berated me for not spending more of flowers for my mother?! How is this woman in business?! She refused to give us a refund. By far the worst service I have ever received. I called my credit card company that opened a case to retrieve some of the money. Waste of money and time. Also ruined my mother's whole day. This owner should be out of business! She will take your money and send trash out. She turned something special for my mother into the most awful experience...

Listed as being open at 8am. Not the case as I showed up at 830am and they were closed.
