Heather helped us out with a flagpole stand issue today even though the goods did not come from there she went offsite to our Headquarters and helped to troubleshoot and provide information for a correct stand that was needed for our entrance flag. "Above and Beyond"

I went to The Flag Shop today for the first time. Excellent experience. The young lady who works there was very helpful and within a short time I had everything I needed and was on my way. She even took time to explain a few things to me. I was quite impressed and very pleased.

Bad service lady on the phone was mean and when I said that's all she sarcastically said thank you. Good selection bad service!

Good quality and selection BUT prices too high and service unfriendly. Save a return trip - be sure to choose whether flag has rope or grommets - they don't ask.

$60 for my 3x5 Alberta!! Bought on eBay for $15. Sorry I can't afford their prices.

If you want a well made flag, this is the place to go. If you want to be talked to like trash, this is the place to go.
