My experience training at The Fit Effect has been one that continues to change my life.  When you walk into this spotless facility you can feel the intensity, support, and passion from everyone inside. It is very motivating to be surrounded by success stories and trainers equipped with the knowledge and determination for you to achieve your goals. I have been fortunate enough to train with the owner, Nick Hayward, who has been instrumental in my fitness journey. His intense passion for fitness and The Fit Effect has taught me to push myself to become more than I could have ever imagined.

Easy to be who you are here nothing pretentious about working out this is the strongest I have ever been and that helps me in my work life and my real life. I left a power lifting trophy there in the room where I earned it Nick Hayward encourages that kind of thinking

I just recently moved to Paris and I had to choose between this one and "anytime fitness". I am so grateful I chose this one. The owner is insanely knowledgable in fitness and I've learned so much just from watching his workouts every now and then. The staff is all so friendly, and the gym is constantly squeaky clean. It's a big gym with loads of equipment. I've been to many gyms, and this one is by FAR my favourite.
