Moksha Yoga Brantford is the highlight of my week! It is a very welcoming space for beginner yogis or individuals who have experienced yoga before. It is great for individuals looking to mix-up their usual workout routine or for those seeking some zen. I have highly recommended this studio to many friends and family members and will continue to do so!

An exceptionally clean and inviting space. The staff are friendly, welcoming and experienced. The classes are challenging but leave you invigorated! For first time yogis I recommend Boby Bliss. The sense of community and connectedness is palpable. I continue to look forward to perfecting my practice and pushing myself with my Moksha family.

Lovely yoga studio with amazing staff that make the time to answer any questions you have about poses and modifications for certain moves I enjoyed the variety of different classes that brings balance and focus to some aspect of your physical or mental health whether it be the concept of slowing down and focusing to targeting moves that strengthen your body. Body Bliss is a great class for anyone and is overall very relaxing. Very clean , neat and welcoming interior . Men, Women and gender neutral change rooms which include lockers and showers.

Really enjoy these sweaty classes! Moksha flow especially! Can't wait to try Barre! Body bliss and Yin are very relaxing too! Bring back the Aromatherapy Sound Baths on Sunday's! Those were the best way to start you week! Really appreciated the cold wash cloth to end the class! So detoxifying and relaxing!

Moksha Brantford has a great vibe. As soon as you walk in the front desk staff are extremely welcoming. They remember who you are by name and are extremely accommodating if you need supplies(mats, water bottle, etc.) The hot yoga room is a great temperature! Vanessa H. is also a great yoga instructor, she walks around and assists anyone if they want it.
