The Face Shop Canada

I love going to the face shop, but as of recent they stopped carrying a few my favourite masks that worked wonders on my skin leaving it looking dewy and soft which is kinda sad. This location in particular the staff are kinda rude in a passive aggressive way. so yeah

A very nice skin and body care store. They carry good quality products and have both male and female selections. It is their own brand so the staff are pretty knowledgeable about it. The pricing is standard but on sales there are great deals. Parking is available from the mall, they are on a bus hub and close to the Canada line.

Sales people one of them very tall busy chatting among themselves when I asked them for help they black faced me and was very rude I will never shop there again as their price wasn’t good anyway

New and updated look in a different location in Richmond Center. Skincare and colours for a diverse range of needs. The new kitchen collection, Cucina, has really nice scents and packaging. The staff was really friendly and helpful.

The staff and the eviroment in the store was great. As my friend aand i walk inside the shop the staff greated us with a smile and she help us through our question, she's also really kind

Great prices. Great staff. Lots to choose from. On bigger holidays, there are great sales.

Some products like their cleansers are very effective! Beware of other money pit items that are useless however.
