I was planning to get some eye shadows and had a great experience today. The staff Jasmine, shared her makeup tips with me and the whole team are just amazing and helpful. It’s a very welcoming store.

I am not very knowledgeable when it comes to makeup and Linda was very kind and helpful. She understood what I was looking for and gave me some useful techniques that I'm excited to try. I will definitely be back.

I went to the one in the Bay in Richmond mall and they were very helpful! Arika helped and she was great! I am pretty lost when it comes to makeup and she helped me find the right colours and brushes etc. Great experience

Love this store! I dont even live in Richmond anymore but the girls are amazing, so nice and its a clean well organized store. I would pick this store over the rest in the area and over other malls.
