The Exchange

Available selection for several things has gone downhill here recently including but not limited to GBC games, GameCube games, PSP games, and some other systems. DVDs, CDs, and BluRays are still in good stock here. Games for some systems are still in half-decent stock here. Game system stock here is good. This location should sell iPods again, it was fun when they did that years ago. This location is currently closed on Tuesdays and Wednesdays due to what is assumed to be a staff shortage.

Garbage store. Took an open box Xbox Series S that's never even been out of the box and they offered me $130. It's new it's worth $300. I didn't expect $300 but I expected at least $225. Don't waste your time trading in here.

BEST PLACE EVER!! JUST WENT HERE WITH MY MOM AND THEY GAVE ME 3 BRAND NEW GAMES, STILL IN THE PLASTIC, FOR $9. My mom first told me about the Exchange 2 years ago. Been going ever since. Better prices for a brand new CD than Wal-Mart. Will suggest to friends!!!!!!

Great customer service! I came in right before closing without realizing and they were able to hold my console overnight to update and test it in the morning. They called before the store even opened the next day to let me know my offer was ready and to come in anytime. Rob and the rest of the staff were very friendly and helpful. Highly recommend The Exchange in Medina!

This was the most professional and comfortable exchange I’ve ever been to. Mike was such a doll and helped me a lot when I needed it. The entire staff is extremely nice and welcoming!

I loved it! I usually buy games not always from there and then only play them for about a month. Then I never play them. I first tried gamestop, and they said $0.75 for my call of duty. I went here, and they gave me $5! Lastly, they have great service. When I came in I was very confused with a lot of questions, but they were still fine with it and answered all of them! Sorry for the long read, but I absolutely love it there!

The vast majority of my visits here have been awesome. The staff is helpful and friendly. I’ve enjoyed all but one late visit. The night staff was unfamiliar to me. They still had about an hour before closing, but the employee felt like he was rushing me out even though I came prepared with a list of what I wanted. When I chose a game he would reach for the most expensive copy until I requested the cheaper copies and when I checked out, the game I shipped from another store was marked with a new tag for $10, when I was originally told it was $2 + $6 for shipping.

If i had a list of places i prefer to buy video games, consoles, and accessories, this place would be the only place on the list. Never had a single issue with anything i’ve bought here including multiple consoles, nothing is over-priced and they don’t rip you off when you trade something in.

The have all the new music, movies and gaming. They also have the vintage gaming and Records that are getting harder to find. 99% of all my purchases have worked perfectly. They have even ordered me items from there other stores. I'm a 100% satisfied customer for life! I shop there once a week on my day off.
