Worst experiences ever. I signed up for my account online and ordered a set of checks. I went in after getting my debit card in the mail to finish the account process. They said I never placed a check order. So I did so with them. I then got 2 sets of checks in the mail, and double charged leaving my account in the negative. I explained the situation and they had this attitude and told me 'No one usually signs up online since they want to actually see a real person, so we never had this happen before' So I should be at fault for utilizing a provided service? Second awful experience I make online purchases. One DVD store is located in Canada. They keep wanting me to confirm every purchase for fraud alerts. I do this for every order. I finally went into the branch because they actually barred my account. I wasn't able to pay for a coffee purchase in a drive thru because of this! I was humiliated because all I had on me was my debit card. I had to go on and on to confirm my identity. Took me a good 15 minutes. They gave my attitude because I was $6 off on a deposit they wanted me to confirm. In the end, they said nothing they can do besides having me confirm every purchase, and calling to confirm my identity to unblock my account! And the unblocking takes half an hour! Because of buying from an online Canadian store. They, again, acted like it was my fault and not kind to me at all. It is just stupid. I'm changing back to Chase asap because I cannot handle these situations and poor branch customer service.

Huntington in general has given me nothing but trouble but this one really takes the cake, the teller refused to give me cash back after I deposited my check, any other huntington would be given me cash back and the quality of service should be consistent from all the banks

Always have a great experience at this branch everyone is always so nice and welcoming. Today I dealt with a gentleman adam and he was so kind with a great personality very welcoming and had one of the best customer service experiences I've encountered in a long time!

Im super irritated. First the whole first merit switch fiasco screwed everything up. Then I can't deposit my paycheck because they didn't have my info yet for some reason. Still haven't gotten my debit card so I can online pay anything or even access my funds by the time I'm off work they're closed. Damn customer service number won't let me talk to someone to send me my card without a secret password I haven't set up because I don't have my card. And now the phone is busy EVERY TIME I CALL. BEEN WITH FIRST MERIT FOR 7 YEARS UNTIL NOW, NOW I'M DEFF SWITCHING

We love Huntington! I wish this branch had better hours like most of the other branches do.
