Fantastic service, great haircut! Went the first time reading reviews, Dino did an amazing cut. Went back for another.  I do not live in Ottawa,  yet still my go to for a haircut. Highly recommend.

Nicest place in town to get a style or just a little trim whether it's a shave a haircut new style this is definitely the place to come get a cut not to mention best barbershop owner and greatest staff in town. If you're looking for something top notch without paying a steep price for quality and professionalism than this is the place to come.

Had to get a 2nd haircut elsewhere to fix their work. Apparently I wasn’t the first to show up with this problem.

Booked a cut with Kathleen. Before she even started, I told her clearly that I wanted an undercut with a hard line, not a fade, and no blending. She said she could "absolutely" do that and then proceeded to give me a fade with aggressive blending. By the time I realized what she was doing, it was too late. When I mentioned that she hadn't done what I'd asked for, she inferred that she couldn't have done it the way I asked because my hair wasn't long enough. I'd been growing my hair out for a couple of months in preparation of this cut, and knew exactly what I wanted and what it would look like. Now I have to go see another barber to fix it, and lose a bunch of the length I'd grown to get back on track. I tried to shrug it off, but I'm absolutely livid. Try listening to your customers when they tell you what they want instead of assuming you know better.
