Frank + Oak

The sales reps here are literally the only people in Ottawa that I can relate to. I feel like every Ottawa person should be conscripted to intern at Frank And Oak as a teenager to learn basic social interaction skills.

Super helpful and went above and beyond to help my son find a suit. Erica was totally amazing and spent tons of time making sure he got something that looked good on him. I seriously can't recommend this store enough, it's super rare to find such good customer service!

Staff is great. Recently, bought a shirt, within two washes there is fuzz all over. I really liked the shirt, so I made sure not to throw it in the dryer and air dried it instead, but still... Guess it will end up in a landfill somewhere soon, contrary to the mission of the company.
