I love this gym and the staff is very friendly and helpful, but for the love of god please play some damn workout music. If I hear Versace on the floor while I'm trying to bench one more time I'm never coming back.

Okay gym, not up to date like the others, and the music SUCKS! No BPM like the others, just 1960s rock and roll like my 65 year old father listens too, and if you ask them to change it they are rude. Other gyms are definitely nicer with actual work out music.

The Edge in Derby is the Best Fitness Club ever. The staff really makes you feel comfortable and always willing to help you and answer any questions you may have. They have a Great Management Team, Great Trainers just all around Greatness! I'm in the Edge Challenge that kicked off January 25, 2017 I'm enjoying every minute of the Work Out, Challenge Class, the Meal Plans each Trainer has you follow. Thank you Edge Fitness Club for Caring about People and their Well-being. My Son Carl is a Personal Trainer at Derby Edge and he Loves being a part of such a Great Company with Great People.

This fitness club made quite the transformation! The cardio cinemas room is 100% responsible for my weight loss. No joke.
