It was so nice to see it so empty. It’s been a cloudy day in Vancouver and it was dinner time so there was no one there. It was perfect! Worth the stop it’s a great place for great shots!Visited onWeekdayWait timeNo waitReservation recommendedNo
Attractive characteristics piece of art at the outside corner of convention center. It was cool. Also, it's facing towards Canada place and north Vancouver. The view is spectacular.Visited onWeekdayWait timeNo waitReservation recommendedNo
The Drop at Vancouver Convention Centre West Building is a fantastic spot for drinks and relaxation. The atmosphere is cozy and laid-back, with friendly staff and a great selection of drinks. Whether you're looking for a place to unwind after work or to catch up with friends, The Drop is the perfect destination. Highly recommended for a night out in Vancouver!
Neat little attraction down along the sea front in Vancouver. Lots of great views to be had nearby. The drop is funky and a little weird. However, I think that adds to its charm.
The amazing drop - an ode to Vancouver's rainy weather. A 65 foot masterpiece is an apt artistic expression of something quintessentially Vancouver. The electric blue artistically encapsulates the drizzled through winter that keep the city so vibrant and lush. Lovely place to come and grab a bite nearby.
The Drop is an interesting piece of art. It immediately reminded me of the Freddy Fender song, "When The Next Teardrop Falls." I don't think the artwork itself is that great, however it does help to have the water and mountains in the background.Visited onWeekdayWait timeNo waitReservation recommendedNo
Magnificent water drop structure which signifies what Vancouver is known for : the incessant rain
The Drop is an interesting piece of metal sculpture set at the corner of the iconic Canada Place in Downtown Vancouver. It is about 20 meters high and is in the shape of a slanting water or rain drop falling on the earth. It is supposed to signify a homage to the power of nature and represents the and outlook towards the waters that surrounds the city of Vancouver. The steel sculpture is bright blue in color as it is covered by blue polyurethane. It complements the fascinating and interesting sights around the waterfront of the sea planes taking off or landing, and the small boats and large ships moving about in the Burrard Inlet.
Really cool metal sculpture on the northern edge of downtown Vancouver. Great place to enjoy a lunch or dinner nearby or to just enjoy the views.
OK place to walk by and take picture. Scenery is not amazing but cool enough for a downtown Vancouver.
