The Doctors Clinic

The front desk service providers were so friendly and really knew their jobs well. Barb was the receptionist we talked to, she was super nice and got us all checked in for our first visit! Dr. Anderson saw my daughter for strep throat and he was right on time. Our appointment wasn't until later in the day, so I was expecting a long wait but it was less than 10 minutes. He truly listened to my concerns and was very down to earth. I didn't feel like he was in a rush to see the next patient. I have to say it was the best first time doctor's visit I've ever had! I would definitely recommend him if you're looking for a pediatrician.

Surprised by low reviews especially of Dr. Mendelssohn. The staff is cheerful and efficient. Dr. M. seems compassionate and competent. He even called us personally to give results not thru an assistant. Wish TDCwould open a clinic in Port Haddlock

I recently had to find a new primary care doctor and tried out The Doctor's Clinic in Poulsbo. I saw Erica Hickson and she was great! She took the time necessary to answer all my questions, even though I had several little things I wanted to ask about. She made me feel that she cared and didn't rush me out of there or anything. A month or so later, I went in for urgent care for some side pain I was experiencing and saw Dr. Mendelsohn. Even though the pain was almost gone by the time I saw him (of course), he didn't make me feel stupid and checked out anything that could point to a serious problem. I never felt like he was just humoring me, which I've unfortunately experienced with other doctors before. I would make an appointment with him again if I couldn't get in to see Erica. Overall, my two experiences have been great and all the staff were kind and welcoming!

Quick, attentive, I felt that the staff truly listened to my husband's needs. Very impressed. Chris A., PA-C, was so helpful and nice. Thank you.
