UPDATE!! Since my first review of Sound Family Health, I can say that things have gotten much better!! The office staff has been very responsive and have communicated with me regarding my current appointment's and future appointments regularly and in a timely manner. The doctors have always been great but the office staff was my area of concern. They are now both at par and would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone!! Let me begin by saying that the Dr Anderson (both of them) have been very gracious and good Dr's;however their clinic staff and the way the office is operated leaves a lot to be desired. It takes 4 months to make an appointment which leads me to believe that the Dr's just have too many patients in order to deal with the work load and this has transferred to the follow up that my wife and I have received. Simple questions such as how things are billed are not answered and they become 5 minute conversations which lead me to be transferred to someone who finally provides me with the right answer or at least one that makes sense. I was told that I was going to be emailed a sign on and password for their portal which I have been waiting for, for 2 days. My wife was told to pick up a prescription at Rite Aid that never showed up and after calling the on call Dr. to follow up on the prescription she was hung up on. The following day she called the office and no one had any record of her prescription. These are simple task of follow up and care and I feel that the office staff is either overburdened or under staffed either way their lack of attention to detail leaves me to worry about the Dr's ability to tend to their patience especially due to the large wait time and what seems like an over abundance of patients. This is just a small example of my frequent frustrations with their office and it has taken today for me to write this review...although hesitantly I just feel that maybe this will make a difference. I'm currently writing this review after trying to call the office for 10 straight minutes and getting a busy signal....my frustration level is quite high.

my husband and i have been seeing the drs. Andersons for many years now. they are both very friendly and willing to do whatever is necessary to take care of the problems. Theresa has been a compassionate listener and takes family dynamics into consideration when prescribing care. thank you both for your excellent care. Christi and Phil Lemon

I've only seen one doctor here and he has been extremely helpful for my family and me. The office staff are friendly and efficient. They're located on the 2nd floor, but if you need it, there's an elevator just inside the entryway of the office building.
