This is amazing group of doctors and employee's! I've never been to a doctors office that I feel so comfortable and welcome in. After going to many bigger doctors clinics and hospitals where I felt like I was just a number, I finally feel like I matter to them personally. They always recognized me by name, and remember my history and things that are going on in my life. I have recommended several of my friends and family to come here, as I have great trust in all of the doctors.

Called and asked if they accept GEHA. Gentlemen on the phone said they do and I asked if they had any appointments today. He told me not for several weeks and I explained how I bought GEHA because i was tired of waiting at the VA for 12 hours each visit. He said he spoke to the billing department and they would not accept VA insurance. I said I understood but I wanted to use my GEHA, not VA. He told me the billing department would not accept my GEHA because i also have VA insurance. He couldn't elaborate on it. Not sure why they would accept my insurance at first, but then after finding out I have insurance for being a disabled vet, their tune changed..

I am at the age that I need an internist. I always heard older people talk about their internist and thought they must be really sick if they have an internist. Actually, the internists at Olympic Internal Medicine are just better doctors than the guys at the walk-in clinic that used to go to. The internists at OIM take the time to get to know your personal medical history and work with you to be your healthiest. I am so thankful to find this group. They know so much more than the normal doctor and they care about me personally.

This is an outstanding clinic for patient primary care. The physicians and staff are highly professional in every manner. Care is managed in a compassionate and understanding manner. I would recommend this clinic in the highest manner to any prospective new patient.
