Friendly, caring staff. Dr. Withrow is great, and took time to explain things to me. I'd recommend this practice.

Receptionist was very rude to me telling me that she had herself explained a procedure and the costs prior to my visit...no she did not. I couldn't come up with the money at the time, so was refused service and received a very cold shoulder. Have since rescheduled reluctantly. because I have gotten thus far and need to get to the next step in my treatment, money in hand. It's all about the benjamins with these people. They tell me I need a service. One person says it's not entirely necessary and another says it's a must. I say it's not necessary. It's a 1700.00 upcharge. They do not take Care Credit. It's really sad today, if you are on social security or disability and do not have insurance for dental. The insurance I have (Delta Singular) sucks. There is a cap of 1700.00 on cleanings and fillings. Dentures is totally denied. After researching others..they are pretty much all the same. Kind of odd, dental is detrimental to our health, but healthcare is impossible to get for any kind of dental.
