I'd recommend Happy Smiles. I've never felt better seeing a dentist as I have since I starting coming here. I absolutely enjoy my experiences here. I've recommend Happy Smiles to Family and they also enjoy coming here.
I'm not sure why people have had issues. I'm typically a person that will let any provider or business know what's not right, or ways to improve. I've not needed to provide any additional feedback, except a wonderful experiences.

I think most of the negative reviews here are most likely unwarranted. This place has always done a stellar job for my family and friends. I've never seen a hint of rudeness from the front desk receptionist, and I'm certain she has to put up with a lot, especially no-shows. People probably get huffy when they are told they can't get back in right away after not showing up. Believe me, in my line of work too, I understand how frustrating it is when people make an appointment and don't show up. It happens ALL the time and is very rude. No wonder Happy Smiles made a policy of, if you don't show up, no more appointments for you. Kudos to them. Anyway, back to the review. Their equipment is very modern and up to date. I was going to another dentist, who didn't take my new insurance. He was a top notch dentist, but his equipment and office looked like it was out of the 1960's. He was still using film based x-rays that had to be developed. The dental staff at Happy Smiles is very competent and professional. Sure they are busy, and don't have time to make small talk all day. They do answer any questions, and have always been friendly and courteous.

Warm, friendly, and very professional. The secretary was sweet and efficient, the hygenist was precise and patient, and the dentist was consise and honest. Great team!

There a really busy place and there are some consequences of that. There not very personable and to them you just a # because they have so many people. I had been going to them for a year already when one day I called in with a tooth ache. They couldnt see me for months and months. I went in there for 20 minutes and all for a referral to someone else. In that time they could of opened the tooth and put in medicine to help the pain. So after a year of service, showing up on time, never being late they didnt budge an inch. The receptionist has always had the attitude Im to busy to talk to right now and is very snooty. As far as the Dentist goes. He gets the job done and fast which is great. If you have bad insurance be prepared to be looked at like scum. They only like to do work thats covered by insurance because its a guarantee. Dont expect any favors. Expect a business only relationship. There like Walmart where they have so many customers/employees that losing one means nothing. I just cant get over the receptionist. She hates her job, life and acts like you are bothering her when callin or walking in. They take absurdly long lunches too and are open closed at odd times. When your a Dentist and raking in the mula though customer service doesnt matter. I hate the receptionist. ;)
