The other reviewers aren't kidding when they say the drinks are sweet! It's not a bad thing as long as that's what you want, just be aware it's 50-100% sweeter than many other cafes. I also had a vegan lunch sandwich and while it was servicable, the price was a bit high for what it was.
Had an amazing breakfast sandwich with a delicious coffee. Sat facing the window and enjoyed the view of down town. So many freshly baked goods. The scons are so tasty. Highly recommend checking this place out. Beats any of coffee chain places by far.Food: 5/5
The Daily Roast team gave us our daily smile! The Chai Latte is amazing and their service is great. We were served in English, Dutch, French, Spanish and Italian and above all with big smiles. We loved their quick starts, their cakes and muffins, they even made custom sandwiches for one of our colleagues. Thank you daily roast, à bientôt, tot binnenkort!
This adorable little coffee shop is located only a few steps away from the gorgeous ocean shore. Upon entering, I was greeted with a delightful aroma and pleasant smiles. The bakery items looked magnificent, and hand made. I ordered a cold brew and a breakfast wrap. This costed me only $9! I was helped and served in a timely manner from the very kind baristas, who both interacted with me. I adore their authentic service and quality coffee/ food. Will return and recommend! Genuinely amazing service and excellent product are hard to come by in popular tourist destinations such as this. A true treat!
I enjoy a small americano with lots of room for cream and honey. You'll notice regular appearances by our local RCMP members and Crown Counsel as well.Food: 5/5
Stopped by on the way back to the ferry, and grabbed a muffin and caramel macchiato. Was promptly served by the staff, and even had a quick conversation with the new owner. Service and food + drinks is an A+. They also have other pastries and soups, if that tickles your fancy. Would highly recommend. I will definitely be back. Their iced mocha is to die for!
