Most unprofessional customer service I ever had to deal with. Could’ve been really potential to there business, now I’ll be bringing my money elsewhere. Sounded inexperienced, confused, and were slow to respond. The girl over phone ruined my day. she got all feisty for literally no reason and I hope she gets fired.

This is a busy lady at lunch time. She was working hard to get the take out orders ready. But, totally worth the short wait. Food was wonderful. Chibata bread panini with a nice schmear of beet hummus. Fresh ingredients and nice combinations. Little crunchy baby carrot slices were a nice texture.

The sweet chicken wrap was superb! Service could have been less terse, but I didn’t go in looking for a best friend. What I did find was delicious food at a fair price! I will no more complain about Oswego’s lack of Panera. We have The Cutting Board.
