Domino's Pizza

The online ordering is pretty awesome once you figure it out. Its not very hard to figure out and you get points towards free rewards. If your pizza is late they give you a coupon for a free one. I order here a lot. They are open late and pretty reliable. Food is always hot and fresh. I love the cheesy bread stuffed with feta and spinach. The deep dish pizzas are so good. Definitely one of the best places to order in this city. 100/10 stars!

I placed an online order for my roommates and I’s dinner since I couldn’t bring myself to cook after a stressful day at work and the order included an 8 piece mild buffalo wings, upon delivery I had received the wrong flavor of wings and called the store just to let them know. April was so sweet and pleasant to talk to and remedied my situation within seconds, even upgrading my 8 piece to a 16 piece. Everybody makes mistakes and their generosity goes a long way for me, especially today. You never know whose day you’ll be making with a simple act of kindness. Thank you guys so much.

Ordered off the app was given a 45 minute estimate. Showed up to the store an hour later and was told my food was second in line to be put in the ovens. Told the guy working that I was going out to see what my roommate wanted to do. As I walked out he said cancel order *** which was my order. Walked back in to confirm and worker was rude beyond belief. Asked for manager or franchise owner. Was brushed off. Manager continued to escalate and cause severe issues. Will never return to this dominos. Also numerous health issues. People touching their faces then touching food with no visible gloves.

Our family dessert is completely gross. Undercooked and not healthy to even attempt to eat. You should be ashamed of yourself for delivering this to families. We tried calling and asking for a manager and of course we get hung up on. Waste of money

I did a carry out order..my order was a medium pan pizza, it was doughy and undercooked.. I paid for a $20 pizza I won’t eat! >_< I’m not happy..

om pizza was so filling i could only eat 2 slices!!! delivery guy delivered right to my truck as i am temporarily parked outside my mils house without an issue and was very polite. first time ordering from dominos every.

They always deliver our food hot and honestly,, I can't remember the last time they messed up an order of mine!! The delivery drivers have always been nice and courteous! My son's fav pizza place Good job Oswego Domino's

Order dominos for lunch today. A medium pepperoni. Got my food took it inside and opened the box was a LG cheese. No big deal, I'll eat the cheese. I know they are not allowed to take the pizza back. That's not what bothered me... So, I called the store and was put on hold... again not a big deal I can wait... What bothered me was I told the lady on the phone that I had just got the wrong pizza and all she had to say was "oh". Didn't take me name, number, where it was going.. didn't offer to remake my pizza and have it sent out didn't offer me a credit for next time... nothing. It was very unprofessional... I order from dominos all the time. The lack of customer service I just experienced is appalling.

We phoned in an order in advance and there was some issue with getting it entered into the computer. We arrived expecting our order to be complete and they had no record of it. Everyone dropped what they were doing, prepared our order in minutes and they did it all at no charge. Mistakes happen, and the team tonight made it right. This day and age there are probably few that would take the time to tell someone they did a good job after a mistake like this, so I hope this review finds the people responsible for making an inconvenience into a positive experience.
