I was at this store this morning and the combination of arrogance, rudeness, and ignorance from whom I can only assume was the store manager (based on his tone) was just shocking. DO NOT GO HERE. There are better places to go in town (Wildcat Shop, for one) but I had to go here based on the store hours. Even the cashier who checked me out had to apologize for the manager's behavior. Managers should always treat customers with a certain level of respect. When that employee is a professor at the university across the street, they should DEFINITELY show some respect, given much of their business comes from us. I'm making a point to let faculty and students know that they are not welcome at The Copy Shop.

I went in to ship out a package with a prepaid return label and had the barcode for them to scan and print the label. Upon arrival I was told that they could not print the label for me and that I could use one of their selfservice computers to print the label. After doing this I was then charged 2.30$ for use of the computer and printing of the label when this charge was not disclosed jn the first place. I am not mad about 2 dollars but I am extremely frustrated that I was charged for a service and that this charge was not disclosed prior.

Went in to get two PDF files printed. They were very quick and I thought the price was fair. After I got home I noticed a printing error on one of the PDF's and went back to ask about it. They took the time to figure it out and printed a new, correct copy, without charging me extra. That earned the five stars. If I were to be charged again, they wouldn't have got the five star rating.

Great place! The girls are great there and always helpful! Great place for signs, banners, truck letterings and anything printing. You guys rock!
