Vet is caring, but high markups on all products, upselling, and some scare-tactics to drive you to pick all the optional stuff. Also appears that profits are a deciding factor when choosing a course of treatment. Shop around. Edit: about the response, absolutely! Dr. Hanna was nothing but gracious when we requested a refund on the remainder of the product. I appreciate that. Having said that, I don't dispute that the treatment you proposed was efficient, I just dispute whose interests you have in mind when making those decisions. You know that your customers can have the exact same level of protection for less than half the price and still make a profit, but when I asked for an alternative, you marked it up so as to make it uncompetitive.

We have been bringing our dog Sunshine to Dr.Hanna ever since he opened and she was a couple years old. Dr.Hanna and his staff have been nothing but helpful throughout the years. They are so caring and treated Sunshine like she was their own. Dr.Hanna always took us in whenever we had an emergency and would never over charge for anything. They are all such amazing people who take pride in their work. Dr.Hanna came to our house right away when we called him regarding the critical condition Sunshine was in. We greatly appreciate this as he was spending time with his family for Easter and still came to see her. Unfortunately it was time to say goodbye and Dr.Hanna gave us some time to be with her for her last few moments. He then met us at the clinic with one of his staff and guided us through the procedures of what would happen. The time came and Dr.Hanna broke down in tears along with all of us. It means a lot to our whole family to know Sunshine was always in good hands and had a great life thanks to Dr.Hanna and his staff. They are trustworthy and we would recommend The Collegeway Animal Hospital to anyone who asks.

I've entrusted Dr Hanna and his staff with the health of my kittens since they were two months old and every visit has gone smoothly. The staff is always cheerful and patient with my kittens and the resident cat Milo usually comes out for a greeting. Routine exams are quick and expertly done. As for neutering... well, my kitten was neutered here and earned a certificate of bravery for displaying great courage. It was so badass his balls grew back already... Just kidding! Anyway, I can definitely vouch for the experience

Dr. Hana is a great vet. Shows great care and patience with his meticulous work. His love and care for his patients is always evident. He always calls to follow up on how your pet is feeling and doing after any visit along with a follow up appointment if needed. Best vet! If you bring you family member to Dr. Hana have no doubts he’s in the best hands.

We met Dr. Hanna for the first time last Tuesday and again today for a follow up appointment to check on our dog's progress for treatment of his ear infection. Both visits were very pleasant experiences for our 7 yr. old Chow chow. As first time dog owners, we had plenty of questions and Dr. Hanna answered them all patiently. He gave us good advice on diet, health supplements and dental care. His staff are very friendly and accommodating. Thank you!
