If you are serious about going here, READ THIS - ALL OF IT! So I got a cut and paste response to my last post (see below). Since I could only write one review, I overwrote over my last review! DO NOT GO HERE!. Maybe the prices are competitive but that wouldn’t really matter as long as my pet is treated with gentleness, care and compassion! If the vet was caring and warm, I don’t think I would care so much about cost! EXCEPT when the doctor wants to do all these procedures however unnecessary and talk price. He wasn’t professional and he did not give us the best options! (My wife is in the medical field) He recommended that we give our cat a sedative because she was upset and hissing! He wanted us to come in and calm her down so they could give her a shot. The messed up part is that he didn’ Give my cat the shot. The nurse gave the shot and she even had to ask the doctor - here? All this to do a blood analysis! The doc stood 5 feet away barking orders and only came close as we secured our cat. Because they couldn’t handle our cat, we got charged for the sedative! How incompetent! I get angered at the way we were “handled”. We went to our usual vet the next day and had NO issues. They are extremely warm and caring and did not have to use any sedative although my cat is not very familiar to them as well. I am not a bot so if you’d like to respond to this, act like you care! It’s not about the matter of cost, it’s about the care! By the way, it says that people usually spend 15 min to 1 hour there. I highly doubt that this is true. We spent 2.5 hours there. They don’t even tell you how long any procedure might take! If I had known how terrible the service was here, I would have waited! RIP OFF and BAD SERVICE! What they would say: let’s talk money and if you agree with the cost, everyone will be happy! If you have an emergency and you want to go there for the first time, BEWARE!

4/16/18- My dog was 17, we thought it would be a good idea to find a place to take him in case of any emerg. We had never been here before but i read all the reviews and called and they were very nice so i decided to pick them. The time came that we needed to put my sweet dog down and from the moment we called, walked in and left everyone was really nice. They made the hardest processes of my life, as easy as they could and i am so grateful. Even after the fact, i had questions and concerns and i must have called 3-4 times. They answered all my questions and the doctor who helped us even called me back for the reassurance i needed, i was so grateful because she put my mind at ease. I am not one to write reviews unless they are really bad or really good. I felt that i needed to write this because my dog was everything to me. I was extremely picky on where i took him and who i left him with.. and after going through this touch experience with the hospital, i can say without a doubt that i made the right choice in choosing them, and the next time we decide to get a pet, i won't even think twice about where i will bring them. Thank you for being so compassionate, we appreciate it so much.

Very courteous, dedicated and care for the pets that keep coming in. Their procedures are tidy and recommendations very fruitful just as is their diagnosis. Follow-up with each case is extremely purposeful and their charges are just about nominal and justified. We were happy with the way they treated our cat, Smokey.

Quote: “Other vets undercharge for procedures” – reason given when questioning why my bill was $968 to treat a 15 lb cat that had a cut on his head from cat scrap. I brought my cat in to get checked out after he was in a fight with another animal outside. He is an indoor/outdoor cat that usually hangs out in our backyard. He has been doing so for many years and this is the first time we had an incident. He gets severely depressed and very vocal when we tried to keep him indoors full time (constantly crying at door etc). As soon as I brought him in he was taken away from me and I had to wait about 30 min in a small room not knowing what was going on while the vet inspected him. They brought him back to the room with me where the vet then asked a few questions (with condescending attitude) and then left. Another person came in saying he will need to be put under anesthesia to clean the wound because it’s on the top of his head etc. I was scared for my cat and they made it all seem very urgent, he peed himself in his crate from fear and then they stuck an overview of items totaling $800.66 in my face and said to go pay the deposit. I have no idea what was mandatory, what wasn’t – nothing was clear or explained/broken down. No options presented. When I got to the front there was no deposit to pay, they asked me to pay the total $800.66 right away and to pick up my cat in a few hours. An hour or two later, vet calls me and says they will need to charge me an additional $168 for another blood test. I was very upset at this point questioning how it could possibly cost this much for a small cat that has a cut on his head. Explanation was – it’s Saturday, emergency fees applied, he had to be monitored, had the gall to say to me while I was upset that if I didn’t let him outside in the first place this wouldn’t have happened. I mentioned how my sister’s 60 lb dog was spayed and had an absess removed for $700 and I am charged this much for non surgical procedure on a 15 lb cat and she said “other vets undercharge”. I was a client for over 5 years here with both my cat and dog registered. I got all my paperwork and will never come back again. I trusted them, and I feel they were judgemental, dishonest and ripped me off.

We had been bringing our dogs here for past 5 years and while the service was very good for. A while,we started finding that each time we came there was an immediate focus on ‘more testing ‘ before they even started the exam. Just seems to be about upselling every time we went. Now they do not even examine your dog in front of you but take them to the back- doesn’t feel right. Very disappointed that they seem more interested inflating the bill then give the right care at the right time. We are changing vets now and very happy.
