Do not trust this company. They tried to fooled you around with a attractive price at the first place and gave a much higher price when you turned down offers from other companies.

Sad to share this experience after 43 years with The Co-operators. The day I turned 16, I had my driver license. This is the insurance company that I have used since then. I now also have other insurance with them including my cars and home insurance. On my renewal of my home insurance policy this year, I got an answering machine to leave a message. My message was please re-quote with my policy Read the home insurance policy number with a $500 and $1000 deductible. If you reached my answering service, please feel free to leave the quote on my voice mail. Sure enough, a couple of hours later, I received a voice mail to call Sue Lee back. When I did call her back, she told me the premium increase would be $10-$11 increase. I ask her the difference between the 2 amount of deductibles when I currently have a zero deductible. She told me that is impossible as they do not have any AUTO policy with zero deductible. That is when I clue in that she was not quoting what I had asked for which was my Home Insurance policy. No apology on her part. I restated my request for the 2 deductible and if I am not able to come to the call, leave the message on the voice mail. Then intuitively, I asked her, can you tell me what my request is? Her answer - yes, you want me to give you a quote with a $500 deductible. At this point, I said to her, it does not look like you are able to hear what I am asking you to do, I restated my request and before I can finished, she interrupted and said: Perhaps it is better I get someone else to serve you. It's been 2 days, no respond from her! What I am most sad about is after all these years with a company, the kind of honouring of a loyalty relationship is simply not there. I can see why we have no choice to see who else can provide the kind of customer service that we do deserve. My message to you Sue Lee and the owner Jason Wang is simply this, you will lose me one day because if you don't understand people then you don;t understand business. Samy Chong Loyal without a fault for 43 years!
Cheapest insurance quote that you can get if you are a new driver. Good service
Getting more expensive everyday. Trivial details change your rates GREATLY. Will be looking for other insurance
It's very sad to say that this insurance company has no renewal policy if the client have claim with 50/50 .It's very difficult to go forward and approach with other insurance company in this scenario.So don't go ahead with this company because they can't help you even though if you are innocent or if it's not your mistake.Beware , the next target may be you!!!
