Poor service. After paying them for two years they kicked me out of the policy because I got a minor ticket. I don’t understand what tickets have to do with insurance. I understand accidents could rise up the prices but tickets what does have to do with. I already paid the ticket. I don’t believe this.
I have been doing business with this office for 11 years now and have always found them to be very competent, helpful, responsive, and kind.
Very bad experience was trying to cancel my policy to go to an other company because of their rlly bad service and unfair judgment they wanted me to pay for 3 months after cuz of “ they paid me the full price of the car” in fact the accident wasn’t my fault no recommended at all it’s a lil cheap but not Worth it at all I’d feather to pay $50/40 extra a month with an other company so I can guarantee my rights.
James helped me and many of my friends to get insurance. Had best experience dealing with co operators. Definately more personalized experience when dealing with james. He puts alot of time make his customers happy. Highly recommended.
Where’s the 0 stars when you need it! DO NOT go with this office. Horrible customer service. Anything you can imagine can go wrong, will go wrong. Very un professional. They never answer the phones and if they do they take forever to get you an answer. Lindsay was here before and she was amazing, but with frustration left their horrible office. And since then no good ... not great but no good employee seems to last here. Alpna you are horrible. Please stop treating your clients in such an un professional way. And stressing them out over things they should not have to be stressed up. No one at your office can answer a simple question. Omg never again alpna.

Alpna and her staff are always helpful and very prompt with their service. Excellent care from the entire staff.
Very bad customer service
They made me pay the deductible although records show that I’m at no fault. They made me pay the deductible because the other party does not have an insurance. I needed you once and you ripped off. Will change the company once I get a deal from another company!!
I had an accident on Jan,11 and I told my insurance but until now the insurance didn’t take care of my accident
