Marcus and Shauna were both great hosts and very accommodating. They made out 16th birthday outing for my daughter special. Very attentive and courteous. Food phenomenal the whole way through. Loved it.
The server at the bar was exceptional! She was prompt, polite, attentive, and super knowledgeable. She also had a great sense of hospitality; which too often is lacking these days. I would have given 6 stars if I could. The Cheesecake factory has definitely won me over as a result of her impeccable service!

Nice place but the menu is way too busy. The drink was good. However, I will stick w the cheesecake when eating here.
Waitress was great food was not to good but they fixed it though so thats cool.
Employee in the cheetah shirt should really cool it. The way she spoke to her staff was so unprofessional it hurt to watch, treat people with respect. They were all working and doing there best, I think she just made their job harder. Fantastic job to everyone else working behind the cheesecake counter. xx Jen
