I ordered the “Madras Curry” for takeout hoping it was anywhere near authentic to what you’d get at a true Indian restaurant - I’d never been to any Fiddle restaurant and was surprised this chain has something named after the Tamil Indian city of Madras. Was dearly disappointed. They gave some kind of plum sauce and a small container of becel along with an oddly cut bun as sides to the curry. Papadum should have been packed separated. Was soft and tough by the time I got home. Curry had too much potatoes and long stringy beef. Didn’t taste like anything from Madras. Price was too high for it too, but I wanted to give it a shot. Did not live up to my expectations. Staff were friendly at least. I felt like I was taken care of. It’s a bar/pub - so lighting was very dark. Not a huge fan of darkened eateries. Probably won’t return.

Comfortable, noise was not to loud to speak easy, despite the busy dining room.
Party of 5, Wednesday December 10th & a snow stormy night. Excellent service from Nikki, she was efficient & friendly. She also had helpful recommendations. Everyone enjoyed their food, quality was great, & had generous portions. Shout out to the sides of gravy - it’s a mini gravy boat! Only note, we ordered mussels for the table & more bread was needed for mopping up the delicious cream sauce. Thanks for a great dinner again! we’ve always liked the place & look forward to coming back & recommending to friends.
Dropped in for a late lunch. Food and service were amazing. Historic ambience. Spotless washroom!
Awesome service as always and I ordered gravy after we already put our order in and it came in 10 seconds!! Excellent staff, food and service! Highly recommend
