Top notch food, and service from Dave, the supervisor; he was really friendly, and attentive. Burger had fantastic meat quality, double patty, with the perfect amount of burger sauce. Brown butter sage gnocchi were really craveable. The brownie with ice cream and caramel sauce was exceptional: chewy, and a generous size. Looking forward to returning when I'm in town again next.
A very pleasant surprise in the quaint, pleasant and friendly town of Lindsay.nnThe fried chicken sandwich is a must try, one of the best I've ever had in Ontario. It was crispy, juicy and served inside of the perfect ratio of soft toasted bun. The sauce served with it was perfect.nnThe truffle fries were also incredible, double fried, crispy and soft inside without being greasy.nnBut the standout was the deconstructed cheesecake. It was so light, fluffy and creamy without being overly sweet served with fresh berries.nnThe service was welcoming and friendly, attending to everyone's needs. Really great servers Hosts and bartenders here.nnThe historic atmosphere of the building is really what brings it all together making it a great experience for several different types of outings. Great for families but also intimate enough for a date night, or a cozy lunch out with friends.nnWe visited Lindsay for the first time today and this place made a very lasting positive impression of our experience. Well done to everyone who works there and contributes to the operation.
Food was good, nothing outstanding. Liked being able to order a beer flight. Atmosphere was really nice but no cool place to sit when its above 30 degrees. AC is not on inside.
It's a brewery with a restaurant on top. And their beers are great. Service was friendly and attentive. Atmosphere is perfect, cozy, happy people eating and conversing. I wish I had discovered it sooner.nI asked for a suggestion on food and was recommended the pizzas—got the mushroom one. It was delicious, but you better like mushrooms because it was loaded with them!nMy new favorite spot in Lindsay.
I stopped in for a quick bite after 8:00 pm on a Tuesday and the staff were more than willing to serve me. Eden, the bartender and waitress, was friendly and provided suggestions from the food menu. I ended up with a pint of Hazy Hot Rod and the Rueben with Poutine. All very good. That gravy was amazingly tasty. I hope to be back for more in the future.
