The Carlile Room

I wasn’t prepared to receive a large, flaming conch shell when I ordered my cocktail, but what a presentation! The menu is well-curated with excellent drinks, and the interior decor is unique and stylishly themed. As a bonus, our absolute sweetheart of a server sneakily saw it was my birthday when I was carded, and brought out a complimentary warm, gooey cookie for me.

As the host and I discussed while she seated me at the bar, never let jewelry be ruined by an lame ex. Wear those earrings he gave you because you love them, and it’s not a wedding ring on a different finger. I was disappointed I only had time to stay for one glass of wine rose, obviously because the menu looked delicious, and the atmosphere was pleasantly busy while not being overwhelming on a Saturday evening. A combination of solo diners and groups of friends, I’ll definitely be back next time I’m in town!

Cool bar with friendly service and fantastic cocktails. Our group tried several different cocktails and every single one was artfully made and delicious. We did not try any of the dishes there so I can’t attest for the food

I was originally going to give this place 5 stars but on my second visit the waitress poisoned me. I told her I had celiacs disease, a severe allergy to gluten. That I wanted titos vodka cause it's gluten free. She decided to ignore me and give me kettle one because she thought it was gluten free. It's not, it's made from wheat. So now I have a painful rash and other fun physical symptoms that will take 4-6 weeks to disappear while internally it'll take 6 months for my body to heal. All because the waitress thought she knew better than me and ignored my very explicit order. What kind of compensation did I get for being poisoned? That one drink written off my bill. Thank you for the weeks of suffering! Glad to see you have such a competent employees.

Great spot downtown right across the street from the theater. Bring your vaccine card or image on your cell phone to get in. Friendly, happy & helpful staff. A wait to be seated but worth it! Food is delicious & no skimping on alcoholic drinks. Great atmosphere & awesome music! Would definitely go back.

I reserved the Carlisle Room for a bachelorette party dinner. Originally the reservation was at 7 but we did have to wait longer. They more than made up for the wait though. Our waitstaff were so accommodating and had some special items on the house. They made the night special. The atmosphere is low light and good feeling. Give them a try! I had the salmon which was delicious, but I did try someone’s spaghetti and that was amazing! We also ordered the disco punch bowl and had fun with that!

Comfortable room close to the Convention Center. The cocktails are creative and the food is tasty. If you're in the area this is a good option. The staff is helpful and attentive.

the drinks are wonderful, don't bother with food. it's alright i guess but definitely not their forté. service and bar is excellent, ambience lovely. just don't come hungry.

There's really nothing quite like the Carlile Room. Although the prices may seem steep at a glance you absolutely will not regret the decision to eat here. Even if you avoid entrees and split appetizers or one of their multi-person party drinks you'll have an experience you'll clamor to return to. Service is impeccable and the food will make memories you won't forget.
