This place the food is great, but every time we go the service is so slow , it takes them so long to even order drinks . The food is awesome
I very rarely have written a review. But was very disappointed with the response of the manager over my steak sandwich on October 25. The steak ordered medium rare was very hard to cut and more difficult to stick the fork into. The first few bites were manageable, but soon I was swallowing pieces I couldn't chew. I eventually spit a few mouthfuls in my napkin and left the last third on my plate. I know I should have said something sooner, but I did not have time to wait for another steak, and I don't like to complain, my friend's steak was fine, but a different cut. When the waitress took our plates I mentioned the problem I had with the steak, she asked if I would like it taken off the bill. I said I'd be willing to pay half as I did eat some. Soon the manager came over, I explained the situation again and. He questioned me why didn't I say something sooner, why did I eat it and made me feel like I only said something at the end to not have to pay. He asked me what I would like him to do and I said I was willing to pay half. He continued to blame me and I finally just said forget it I'll just pay for it but would be sure to leave a review. He said the waitress asked several times how the meal was and I should have said something. I told him she asked once at the first bite. I payed the full bill but did not leave a tip, very disappointed in his customer service.
The service was OUTSTANDING! Loved the energy that was brought to our table. Drinks were always on time and food came out nice. The only problem I had was with the tacos… the chicken was very dry, the shells and soft tacos were too stale and all around just wasn’t anything like an authentic Mexican taco. If they changed up their tacos all together, I would have LOVED to order more. Sadly they were just awful. I hope the chef can change them up together so it brings more business to this already wonderful establishment. Thank you BH!
You guys have arguably the best food in the park, we love it. Even delivery is usually good. With that being said, your booster seats look like they were dragged behind a truck that went through a beefy lasagna car wash. I cringe everytime I put my baby in one. For the love of everything holy please scrub those things every so often.
Sept 29/5:30. Waitress was terrible, got our orders mixed up, brought wrong food to the table. I don’t know how many times our table of six 2 couples/2 singles had to keep sending our bills back as either items missing on the bills or added when they weren’t applicable. She was trying hard though. They were really busy, yet 2-3 servers were gathered around a table pretty much the whole time we were there instead of caring for their guests. Food? All our meals, didn’t blow your hair back, mediocre. Assume it was an off night as we’ve eaten here before and great, we’d go back again only because of previous experiences
Wow. Service non-existent. The Manager apparent was a smug and ignorant true sense of the word. I would fire all of them except the server who actually paid some attention. We own 8 restaurants and are a Well connected in the restaurant. Community. We respect those who respect us and the hard working servers. You had a chuckle apparently. You know who you are. You are NOT Management quality.
We went here for my son’s 10th birthday at his request. The food and service was okay, but I was surprised when the bill came. My son ordered the $7.99 double cheeseburger sliders without toppings and French fries from the kids menu, and the waitress asked him if he wanted a cheeseburger without toppings instead of the sliders mentioning that it wasn’t on the menu but they could do that for him. We said sure, and a cheeseburger came out for his meal except it still had ketchup which he said he’d be fine eating and ate about half of it. At the time of the bill I was surprised to see the amount and noticed that they charged the price of a full menu burger $18.50, plus an additional charge for cheese added. I felt like I was upsold without my knowledge, so double check if they are recommending an “off menu” item for a kids meal to your children that you won’t end up paying 2.5x the amount for a full menu item instead!
Food was delicious Val served us she was very friendly n the best servant.
Ordered some food off skip the dishes and the driver forgot my pizza. Kelly the assistant manager called me up and said someone was gunna bring it. He showed up himself and I gave him props for going an extra mile. Food was good and the service was 5 star for sure most likely will be going back there.
I recently visited Canadian Brewhouse in Sherwood Park and had a great experience. The food was really delicious. I had the Canadian burger with a side of poutine and it was really good. The burger was cooked perfectly and the poutine was really cheesy and tasty. The service was also really great. Our server was really friendly and attentive. The atmosphere is also really cool. There are lots of TVs so it is a great spot to hangout and watch a sporting event. All in all, I had a really enjoyable experience at Canadian Brewhouse and would definitely recommend it to others.
