The Burner Grille

Despite the negative reviews, my boyfriend and I decided we had to try this place out as it looks so neat from the outside! We had an amazing experience! There was about 5-6 tables with one server and we were greeted promptly and she brought us back waters as we requested. We ordered the mushroom caps for a starter and we received them in about 5 minutes and they were delicious! After we were finished our food came our right away ( which was a mushroom bacon cheeseburger and the Cajun crunch sandwich with fries) both burgers came on soft homemade buns and were served with homemade fries! We were both very pleased with our meals as they were very tasty! Despite the server being busy she came by to see how our meals were and refilled our waters. The washrooms and restaurant were very clean as well! Prices were also reasonable , we had a starter and two meals for $35! We will definitely be back when passing through again! Thank you for the excellent food and the great customer service!

Our food was very good! Our waitress was extremely friendly and helpful, even with my picky ordering. I was so happy I decided to stop in and try this place. Thank you for the great food and service!

HAD to try this place. Walked into the place. Everybody who was sitting inside looked at us with this sad, desperate look of warning to run. Do not come in, just leave. It was seriously like some creepy horror movie or something. We waited akwardly at the front to be greeted. There was a lady being the bar pouring drinks or something that didn't even bother to look up, so we sat ourselves. It was so weirdly quiet in there. No music or anything, just the silent murmers of disappointment and hunger. After a few tables got up and just walked Out, we were finally asked if we would like menus and drinks. Ordered drinks, she managed to grab a menu from the table beside us that had left without being served (who got the menu themselves), did not bring a second menu. Or the drinks for that matter. After about 20 minutes of nobody in the entire place even getting water, we left. Never to look back again. SUCH a disappointment. Wish I could give this place negative stars.

The server was absolutely stellar. She was doing her very best with what she has been given to work with. The place seems very understaffed; she was the only one serving all the tables, and still managed to be very pleasant. Three stars for poor management. The burgers are great, but avoid the shrimp.
