The level of service I receive every time I stop in is always appreciated and I would never hesitate to recommend this local gem! Regardless of whether I spend nothing or $100+, the service quality never changes. Everyone is always friendly and they genuinely listen to what I'm looking for whether its a swimsuit or sandals or a gift. Given the size of the store, it is packed with great finds and the staff are quite knowledgeable about the different products. I have never regretted any purchases made here. Bathing suit shopping is stressful for me and they have always made me feel comfortable. Their team is very body-positive and so helpful in having you leave with a suit or an outfit that makes you feel confident. Another thing worth mentioning for mums of young kids, I try not clothing/gift shop with them as it's truly boring for them, but when I have to, it's nice to know that they are welcome here.
Shout out to Donny, Becca and the very knowledgable team for helping me find a couple of outfits that are cool, yet sensible enough for an old gal! The store is filled with the highest quality clothing, accessories and goodies for the home and level of service is always exceptional. They all seem to have an inate ability to pick items for me that i would have never imagined for myself. I highly recommend that you Go in - check it out and let them find you something special. Thank me later.

I came to purchase an item and was blown away by the wonderful customer service. I was greeted right away and was also given informative explanation on different products I was interested in. This locally and independently owned business is such a treat to downtown Penticton. It certainly feel hip and exciting which is something this town really needs. I hope this business will continue to thrive in many decades to come.
Brooklyn has THE best customer service! I went in looking for a swimsuit, gave her some requests, then let her bring me options. She was knowledgeable, patient, and incredibly kind. The Bum Wrap always carries an amazing selection of great quality summer wear. My go-to for a cute, good quality suit!
Cool place filled with all of the expected cool and expensive brands. The staff were super friendly and they appear to take COVID precautions seriously.
I was looking for a dress and found the quality and selection lacking and overpriced. I'm not opposed to spending more but not on mediocre brands that you usually find on the clearance rack at department stores. I think this is more a place for swimwear and they should just focus on that. The sales staff were friendly but one gal made an offhand comment about tourists which I found in bad taste.
Today I came in for the first time and purchase a necklace and a toque. The lovely young lady working medium length hair, brownish/blonde was outstanding helping me make a purchase! Such a positive attitude, so unbelievably knowledgable on every product. She sold me on the necklace! Well done for hiring fantastic staff! Will definitely come again because of the wonderful experience!
This is the best store in Penticton. Staff are absolute gems. They’ve always got fresh new clothes and you don’t feel like you’re just a number. We stop here every year to add some new comfy chill clothes and always have to get a new pair of sunnies.
I was helped by an awesome friendly girl I think named Renee, that's what it said on my receipt. Best customer service I've gotten in a while, I usually get stressed when shopping especially when it's busy and she made me feel very at ease while we talked about beaded earrings! Give that girl a raise!
