Freedom the Bike Shop

Wanted to bike having just moved to Penticton to retire. Freedom Bike shop gave me total customer service! Bought two Specializer comfort ride bikes and after a year of use returned to get them serviced. I also purchased a Thule Double track pro bike carrier as I wanted to expand our explorations to most of North America. Josh treated me like a king and I have to say this is the place for customer service! Totally love the folks at Freedom!

So I pulled my bike out of storage went over it with a fine toothed comb made my parts list and headed off to Freedom. After pricing out my parts list for me they politely informed me that my bike was pretty nice but for the money in parts i could be riding a shiny new bike with much better technology and comfort. They hooked me up and I am the happiest I have ever been. Great customer service, superb knowledge and all around awesome atmosphere. Freedom rocks. Been dealing with this shop for 10 + years and always go back!!!

4-star products, 1-star service, so I'll give them a 2... Good for people who know what they want, are prepared to wait to be served, and don't expect any real advice or service. Similar experiences on each visit, so at least they are consistent.

My wife and I rented two Levo electric bikes here. They were awesome and even though we were a bit late on returning them the staff were totally friendly and understanding. Great staff. They are very customer service oriented and super helpful.
