Rating: 3/5 Stars Attended this establishment on May 30th at 10:32 a.m for the purposes of writing this review and obviously getting an oil change. I have a regular mechanic in which I get my oil changes but I was in the area and have had little time lately so I decided to come here so I could write a review, two birds, one stone. Upon arrival I was greeted by Amir, he was very nice at first and then became very short and rude. I had inquired with him as to the difference between a Basic $19.99 Oil Change and the one that he recommended which was the $29.99 oil change. Amir claimed that regardless of your vehicle and the recommendation from the manufacturer on the oil, 5W or 10W, with a basic oil change you will be getting 10W regardless, claiming that 5W oil, which is recommended by my cars manufacturer starts at $29.99, even though this is not advertised anywhere. Upon needing further explanation Amir lost his cool customer service self and became very short with me claiming “I just explained it” and “well that’s how it works”. It wasn’t until my keys were In his hands that he reverted back to the professional Amir and offered me complimentary water and coffee while I wait. My car got in right away and the oil change itself took about 10 minutes. I was impressed on that part as there were several others waiting in the waiting room. The man who did my oil change and gave me my keys back, I didn’t catch his name, was very polite. I would recommend going here if your in a pinch but just make sure you know your vehicle because they will attempt to take advantage by not explaining the packages to you properly. It was a long drive for me to go here but it's at least half the price of other places. They did try to upsell me like other people suggested but then after I thought about it, in my case they were correct because it's never been done on my car which is 10 years old < 100k. I didn't factor in extra time so I couldn't stay for any longer than the oil change. Considering my travel time there and back was almost 2 hours. And I had a whole lot to do in between. So I said next time we'll get those things done. They were great guys. Polite cordial. Nothing to complain about with their behavior or attitude. I'll be returning for sure

Went in for oil change and they recommended other things . Did get coolant flush. Well appreciated. My car is local driven so doesn't get used often and don't need much. Price was . Very pleased. Thank you.Service: Oil change

This place is really good and cheaper for oil change and anything for car. The guy Amir was really polite and good with customer service. My experience with this guys was 5/5. Last time I went there I was confused about my car tiers they guys really fix it well and last I was totally happy with their work.

Visited this place last week they informed me there was some sort of leak I advised them to do the oil change and they did.However what they failed to mention was that my oil bolt the one under the car the washer on it was completely stripped and they put it back in just like that causing the problem to continue! Which meant more oil leaking and more time for me to have to worry…worst is they could have saved me money being honest that the bolt washer washer was bad considering they would see that instead they claimed it could be my oil pan leaking. I would not visit here again.Service: Oil change

Technician told me I needed new brakes. Coincidently car was sold next day. No brakes needed, lots of life left when taken to mechanic 2 days later for safety and brake check. Will not be returning. He looked so official standing with his clipboard lol

I am more than Extremely Happy with the services wish i can 10/5 rating for this place.They helped me in a worst situation Went far above and beyond.The Whole Team and Especially Aamir The Manager @ Place Came to help me leaving his store at busy time To help a individual Customer.Really appreciate The help and Good Luck For The Business In Future Guys.

Went there for about 2 years for oil changes… let’s just say every time they have dinged me with more than a oil change.. also recommended synthetic full which is not ideal for my car and all I would do is burn through the oil… check out pennzoil, they won’t rip you off.

I was extremely happy with the outstanding service and great prices. The shop was well maintained with a clean waiting area, and the indicated wait time spot in. Service prices were clearly explained and they took the time to walk me through 2 recommended services with explanations. No pressure at all. I loved this place and will definitely return for all future oil changes and other car services. Thanks Amir and team for making my first visit there such a positive one.

Highly recommended if you would like honest work and great prices. They will take care of your car and give you a fair quote. Hard to find quality mechanics that aren’t out to take every dime you have, luckily this place exists.Services: Auto engine diagnostic
