Friendly staff and well worth a visit if you’re an expat like myself, or if you’re just simply wanting to try some standard household British goods. I can only speak on the pork pies, sausage rolls and Cornish pasties but the fresh food tastes exactly like how they’re made back home. Coming here is always the highlight of my day!
Delicious pastys! They come cold. Lots of fine china, and treaties. Is it possible to ask to have the pasty heated?
I use to love it here when I was younger 17 years ago. Went back with my wife today and it was still AMAZING! The food was good. The downside was that the store section was out of Allsorts Licorice. Great little place.
Lovely little bakery run by some friendly northerners. I won't hold that against them. Stop by and have yourself a sausage roll and custard tart. If you are feeling luxurious get some clotted cream and a scone or two. Nuff said.
Such a fun clean destination. People there always treat you right and the best food around....
