I went in this place to pick up a Purolator package, I'm new to the area. Never been in here before. Ended up chatting to the owner and all I can say is what a great guy!, he's very passionate about everything that he does as are the mechanics and employees that work there. They clearly focus on customer experience and customer service, I don't need a bike right now, but after being in the store and meeting the owner it makes me want to buy one from here.

Bought multiple bikes from Rick .He is great to work with . Any issues I have ever had gets fixed no questions asked . You know that’s how everyone should treat customers … try getting that service online !!!!!!

Great service!!!! Took in a mountain bike to be fine tuned and new grips, they spotted other items needed to be replaced to ride properly and it was great advice. Been using it and they did a great job and inexpensive.

A gem in our small town. In this age of impersonal online shopping, it's so great to have a conversation and help with equipment selection with a friendly and knowledgeable person. Highly recommend.

Passing thru town doing the Canonball300 , i needed to pick up some chain lube. I was met with fantastic customer service. I wish this was my LBS. Chain lube works pretty good too
