I do income tax and I need to take my computer someplace that is extremely trustworthy. Paul one of the computer technicians and I went to school together, so I knew he was someone I could trust with highly confidential data. We left Barrie two hours away under normal circumstances today and thought we could get to the shop before it closed. We got caught in a traffic jam about six times. We called saying we were on the way, but we were going to be late. Paul stayed around until we arrived, which was extremely kind of him, considering it was the Friday of a holiday weekend. I’m very happy with this company and would highly recommend them! They’re the best!
does not repair/fix computers. I went here thinking they could fix my laptop LCD screen broken. They will charge $60 to look at the laptop but cannot fix it. The guy was friendly and upfront about it, he would take back cover off, look at it, if anything was unplugged he could plug back in.. but cannot/will not repair laptops. Everything was upfront, I just regret thinking the problem would be extremely simple and therefore fixable by them... did not get my money's $67 worth. I had told him it was a problem with my LCD since when I hooked it up to a 2nd monitor, everything would work fine... buy or beware...I made a mistake on this one. I'm sure they are great in other aspects of their business, just dont go here for laptop repairs
