The Brick Camrose is a family owned and operated store. Serving Camrose and the surrounding area since 2012.

Story

The Brick is Canada’s largest retailer of home furnishings, mattresses, appliances and electronics. For more than 40 years, we’ve been helping the nation find the perfect products for their homes at incredible prices. We’re proud of our ability to meet our customers’ needs and grow dedicated sales teams who are knowledgeable and happy to help.

Our headquarters are in Edmonton, Alberta, but we’ve got over 200 locations across Canada, including franchises, sister organizations and other members of the Brick family.

I had previously posted a review regarding my experience with the couch I had purchased. 2 hours later Jodi had called my husband and we have come to a very reasonable solution. After the quick reply and solution found I feel confident in my new review and would recommend them. Mistakes happen and sometimes things get mixed up.
The staff at the Brick were amazing today. My sister had a seizure while in the store and everyone was wonderfully accommodating and helpful. We were so impressed and very grateful to everyone. Thank you so much. Oh yeah, we also got the couch we wanted haha!!
Went to help a friend pick up a freezer. The merchandiser, without even looking where he was going, knocking into a couch and almost knocking it over, dropped it infront of my friend and me and said "you're on your own." And walked away. I'm pretty sure he is supposed to help us into the vehicle at the very minimum. His attitude was lacking and his professionalism was completely absent. This man doesn't care about his job nor customer service
I had a delivery that only half was going to arrive and the couch was unknown. I came into the store and they where so helpful and nice I got a better couch at a great deal and to be delivered with my other furniture. Fantastic service. Also left with frog ornaments....could resist.
We bought 2 recliner rocking chairs from the Brick in Camrose in May 2022. After a few weeks we had some issues. Contacted the Brick and Jodi the manager sent our claim through to warranty department. Jessika from the warrenty department contacted us and was awesome to deal with and we were able to exchange them. Jessika was informative of our options and different items that could best suit our needs. Both these ladies have exceptional customer service, making the process of purchasing , warrenty returns and repurchase a breeze. Wouldn't hesitate to deal with them in the future 5+ rating from me. Michele at the Camrose Brick store was very professional and very nice. She was able to answer any questions we had, and she had suggestions which helped us make our decision. She was awesome!!!
Went by The Brick in Camrose today. Met 2 sales person- Kurtis and Robert. Awesome customer service. Awesome guys. If you are ever in the store, ask for those 2 guys.
Our house burned down and we went here to get all the new furniture/appliances for our rebuild. We got a lot of our stuff so we got that into the house and my sons bed has already needed to be fixed because the screws come loose, the dinner table legs have to be tightened weekly and my bed broke apart last night when my daughter was laying on it and we have only had it since the end of November. Two of our bar chairs didn’t get delivered and I have been waiting since October to get a refund. Our other stuff including desk, another table and picture were not delivered so after months of waiting we just got refunded for that and bought stuff from a different store. To top it off we ordered a built in oven/microwave combo waited 15 months for it and it finally showed up but the wrong Color!! We paid extra for black stainless steel and got stainless steel so we are still waiting for that refund as well because they don’t make the black stainless anymore in that oven. We also paid more for a gas dryer but had to switch it for an electric because of construction issues but we didn’t get anything back from that either due to inflation. Nothing but issues and more stress. Very disappointed.
Went to The Brick in Camrose to purchase a chair for my husband and Madeline made it so easy. She recommended chairs based on our preferences and help with the whole purchasing process. Definitely recommend her and The Brick Camrose.
Kurtis is a very friendly and knowledgeable consultant who made the selection and buying process very simple for us.
