Dec 26. Pincher Creek Brick was great. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable. I liked the fact they didn’t pressure us. They answered our questions and gave us time to think and look. Happy with the appliances we decided on. I will definitely shop there again
Beware, Satisfaction Guaranteed is not guaranteed! If you order a furniture item online, then open the box to see the item that you have never seen in person. It is final sale! So if it is unsatisfactory, too bad your stuck with it! Here is my "Platform bed" that is only 18" off the ground, and you can feel the arched slats through the mattress.
I've bought many pieces from the brick for my house and always received a first class service. As usual, Roberta was pleasant to deal with and helped me with everything I needed. Glad to have a furniture store like this in our community.

We needed a new washer my husband went in. They had one in store and we were able to bring it home that same day. The sales associate alexa was very helpful. And we are happy with our purchase.

Seriously this guy made the entire process of choosing, shopping, ordering, pricing SO FUN... and he followed up on his day off to make sure invoices were done and shipping was organized.
