The Source

Nice clean store with a good selection of items. However they don't accept Apple or Google pay. Often that's the only method of payment I have on me. I figured an electronics store would be up to date on technology.

Purchased a phone, was told I'd get this and that for plan and features and my new phone at no cost. Throughout getting it setup, everything started to become 'I can't get u that', 'can't do this' or 'it won't let me do that for some reason'. Everything I was told they could do or get was in actuality everything they couldn't do or get. Never did get my phone at no cost either however, this has been the only negative experience I've had at the Source. I know an amazing single mom who works her butt off there and she's great at her job. She just hadn't been working that day I walked in.

Nice new digs, well lit and comfortable, with a very helpful manager (?) as well as the trainee!

Excellent service! Went in to get a new phone after mine was damaged. They were very helpful. Extremely understanding. I cant remember the name of the gentleman who assisted me. Reciept says D.Potts(tall aboriginal guy with glasses) Keep this guy, to the bosses at source! He does his job very well. Very nice. Very knowledgable. Thanks guys!

Good service, friendly staff. Terrible stock, carries virtually no current generation products. Only last generation and older.
