Worst possible experience going here. Waited 3 weeks for some flooring only to have them say its not coming any time soon. A little communication would go a long way but they wait till you call them. This isn't the first time its happened here so won't be going back
I love Rona and all the staff who make my experience worthy of countless return visits. Other than making all my dog's meals myself, all his treats come from Rona because they actually research what goes on the shelves. I have confidence in asking any member for suggestions and advice... they are more than cashiers. Thank you Rona.
I walked into the store when Alberta clearly had a mask indoor policy for COVID and every one including staff did not have masks on. I over heard people stating that they are loosing their freedom of rights. I will not use this store again.
I dread going here every time I need something. They pounce on you as soon as you walk in the door and follow beside you the entire time you're in the store. I know they're just trying to help, but I just want to look around and read products/ look at paint colors, not be constantly nagged about why im there. Im not the only one that feels this way either, a lot of my clients drive to lethbridge just to avoid the annoying sales people at this location.
Can't get straight wood there and they don't honor flyer prices.
Good prices, great advice and awesome customer service. If they don't have it they'll do their best to get it or offer great alternatives.
Went above and beyond to help me find the item I needed. And it wasn't even in their store!
Very poor service, the follow you like a dog, when you want to Browse. No People/Person Skills.
Its just off the main road that passes through the town. The staff was nice.
