About 70% of my furniture in my apartment is from The Brick. This is my first time moving out, so I basically had to buy everything. I am so glad we visited The Brick! Such a wide variety of items at a great deal. The sales associates and manager were super helpful and gave us really good prices. It is now over a year later, and all of the furniture we bought from there is holding up wonderfully. One night we showed up close to closing because of our jobs, but the employees were still so nice and respectful. Thank you so much to The Brick! Additionally - we had the furniture delivered. The delivery guys were very careful and pleasant :)

My experience at this specific store has me avoiding The Brick in the future. The woman on commission who greeted us followed us around the store, after I had told her we were just there to walk around and look. Kept making small talk, kept asking me questions about what I liked. I don't need to be stalked while looking around a store. Management might like hearing that she was incredibly consistent, but when she was told that I was just looking, she should have left it at that and went on to her next potential commission instead of annoying me to the point where I never wanted to step foot into a Brick ever again. If I need help with something I will approach the one who greeted me as I know this type of store runs on commissions.

If I could pick 0 stars I would but you have to pick one. We bought our furniture 2 years ago in December and it was the a big mistake. I should have known when it took over a month to have it delivered when we received our furniture the wood was all marked up it took 3 times and it was still marked up so they gave is a discount that we took, I wish now I sent it back. It's been 2 years and the cushions are a mess they are lumpy and you sink down also the material has gone nibby. Never again will I buy anything from the brick. This morning they open at 10 and I've been calling the store since then and they do not have there phones system on it says the time they open and it hangs up on you now isn't that wonderful service, not at all. We went to Ashley furniture and bought a beautiful sectional and recliner for our den and its beautiful we love it, it is also 2 years old and looks like new.

Always great staff willing to assist, and not just those on commission. Need more selection of floor lamps but everything else that we were looking for was acceptable.

We ordered a sectional- we went in picked it up and it was the wrong configuration when we got it home, opened it up and attempted to set it up. They then ordered us another one that would come in 2+ weeks - so we then had to leave the one that did not fit in our space until then. Then I called and explained that this switch would have to be a delivery now not pick up because we can’t drag in one coach and pick up another one - that’s crazy. Patrice (not helpful nor apologetic) said the delivery will delay things for another week and a half- So I said fine we will have to somehow pickup (it’s Christmas time and we have events) we will get an enclosed trailer drag the coach back in and pick up our new one. We got the trailer in there the day after it was suppose to be in and NO COACH and worst is NO ONE CARES. So now we have no coach, and the best they offer us is free delivery in another week- WORST EXPERIENCE IMAGINABLE, but clearly everyone can see that by previous star rating.
