Great customer service. Staff is very genuine and knowledgeable about products. The manager was great, Helped me out with some discrepensies I had with my order and handled it in a very professional manner. 3 stars cuz most products are made in China n $hit quality, but priced for high quality. Bought a couch a year ago n it's already cracking n sunk.
Our most recent experience at The Brick was awesome, thanks to Apple! She was very helpful throughout the whole process. She's also knowledgeable about the appliances we inquired about. The transaction was smooth- from helping us pick the right appliance to explaining different types of warranties to payments! :
Wow. I’m having the same difficulties with delivery. Scheduled delivery time was not followed. Now I’m going to have to wait a week for the next available delivery date. Scheduled delivery time was 2-5. They called at 12:30 and because I didn’t answer my phone they cancelled my delivery. Apparently they only deliver on Wednesdays. By 2:00 the store said deliveries are all done for the day. Customer service only provided “sorry” but offers no help. I phoned the store and the next available delivery date is a week away. Absolutely ridiculous. Edit: ok. So 2 days after I posted this 1 star review… corporate contacted me and asked me a bunch of questions. Late in the day, the store manager called me and apologized all over the place. She asked me if I would be home the next day she would make sure I got my furniture. It arrived as planned. The local store manager made it right. I got my furniture. Mission accomplished. I won’t give it 5 starts. But I’ll bump it up. No longer a 1 star review. The Brick owned their share of the mistake and made it right.
I purchase quite a bit from The Brick for personal and professional and I do everything through Natasha who is an absolute gem. She makes shopping at The Brick so easy and every transaction is seamless. I needed an exchange done today and was impressed with how professionally it was dealt with. Literally within 10 minutes it was sorted and the replacement ordered. Will def be back :
We were very pleased with the service provided by Rogelio. He was pleasant and answered all our questions about warranty. Rogelio was honest with us about how long he worked for The Brick. He even came into work on his scheduled day off to continue the conversation from the day before. Great work ethic! Thank-you!
Had a great experience buying furniture for our new home. Our sales representative Apple was very knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. Cannot wait to decorate and fill our house with all the beautiful things we bought from Brick
The brick has been excellent to deal with. We received a dishwasher that didn’t work and they replaced it right away. When the new one didn’t work again they worked with me to make things right. We will continue to support our local Brick. The customer service was great.
We have had a great experience every time we purchase from the Brick in Fort McMurray. Our most recent purchase we were helped by Dylan and Deepti and they both went above and beyond to ensure we had what we needed. They were knowledgeable about the products and current promotions and helped us get the best deal, saving us even more than we originally thought! Thank you both for the great customer service and for making our purchase as smooth a possible!
We were looking for a new fridge and was glad that Deepthi helped us. A pleasant and not pushy sales person, she was patient and knows her products well. Overall Brick has always been good to us and that’s why we keep coming back. We are so looking forward to have our new fridge this Friday.
The representative that helped us pick our a sofa was great. I just find that no one actually greets you when you walk in. We passed a few employees and no one even said hi. They need to step up their customer service game. Having their employees sitting on the couch and not even welcoming customers leaves you with a sour taste
